Recruiter

Located in Mobile, AL

Salary: $22-25/hr

We are seeking a Recruiter to support our client's team. This position may be part-time or full-time and is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of recruiting experience who is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for open positions.

• Create, post, and maintain job postings across recruiting platforms.

• Source and screen qualified candidates.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting records.

• Assist with onboarding and other HR-related projects as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience preferred.

• Experience recruiting within aerospace, manufacturing, engineering, or another technical industry is a plus.

• Paycor experience preferred, but not required.

• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and online job boards.
