We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join the culinary team of our client in Wilmington, DE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.  As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in preparing and cooking meals while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Duties

• Schedule:  Sunday - Thursday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm
• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Ensure all food handling procedures comply with food safety regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and efficient kitchen operations.
• Assist in menu planning and contribute creative ideas for new dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting shortages as necessary.
• Participate in catering events as needed, ensuring quality service and presentation.
• Uphold the standards of fine dining by delivering exceptional food quality and presentation.
