$18.00 - $20.00 per Hour | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with their vehicle service needs
• Create repair orders and service estimates
• Communicate customer concerns to technicians
• Keep customers informed on repair status and recommendations
• Schedule appointments and manage workflow efficiently
• Explain completed repairs and maintenance services
• Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Writer, Service Advisor, or in automotive customer service preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic automotive knowledge and understanding of vehicle maintenance
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Computer proficiency and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
