Landscape & Hardscape General Laborer – Asheville, NC

Looking for a job where you can work outdoors, stay active, and build something you can actually see at the end of the day? A local Asheville landscaping company is looking for 2–3 dependable General Laborers to join its team.

This is a great long-term, year-round opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and isn’t afraid to get a little dirty!

Pay & Schedule

• $20–$22/hour, depending on experience
• Full-time
• Year-round work
• Asheville area

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting with landscaping and hardscape projects
• Installing sod
• Planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and other landscaping
• Mulching and preparing landscape beds
• Moving stone, soil, plants, and other materials
• Helping with site preparation and cleanup
• Assisting experienced crew members with hardscape projects
• Performing general outdoor labor as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Dependable and ready to work
• Comfortable performing physical outdoor work
• Able to lift, carry, bend, dig, and work on your feet throughout the day
• Willing to work outside in changing weather conditions
• Landscaping, construction, or general labor experience is helpful, but not required
• Backhoe or equipment operating experience is a big plus, but not required
• Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome to apply
• Must be able to pass a drug screen
