Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Typical Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with some flexibility
Store Hours: Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM; closed Sundays

 

Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. This is a customer-facing position that combines warehouse, store, forklift, and delivery responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have previous forklift experience, be comfortable handling heavy materials such as tile, and provide professional and helpful service to customers.

 

This is not a forklift-only position. In addition to operating a forklift, the associate will assist with loading and unloading materials, organizing products, helping customers, maintaining the store and warehouse, and performing other general duties as needed.

 

Responsibilities
Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.

Load and unload materials, including heavy tile and other products.

Assist customers with product handling and general store needs.

Receive and put away incoming inventory.

Help maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse and store area.

Prepare customer orders for pickup or delivery.

Assist with a truck delivery approximately one day per week.

Safely move and handle heavy materials as needed.

Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.

Perform other warehouse and store duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Previous forklift experience is required.

Ability to safely lift, carry, and move heavy materials.

Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Comfortable working in a warehouse and customer-facing environment.

Ability to communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.

Must be willing to perform a variety of duties beyond forklift operation.

Valid driver's license may be required depending on delivery responsibilities.

 

Physical Requirements
The position requires regular standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving materials. Employees must be capable of safely handling heavy products such as tile. Heavy lifting and product movement will be part of the job, but employees will not be moving heavy materials continuously throughout the entire workday

.

Schedule & Benefits of the Position
Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week.

Primarily Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Some schedule flexibility may be required based on store needs.

Occasional Saturday work may be required.

Approximately one truck delivery day per week.

$20.00 per hour.
