We're seeking an experienced Trim Carpenter with a strong eye for detail and pride in producing high-quality finish work. If you have experience installing trim, molding, doors, cabinets, and other finish carpentry components, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Install and finish baseboards, crown molding, door and window casings
• Hang and adjust interior and exterior doors
• Install cabinets, shelving, and custom woodwork
• Measure, cut, and fit materials with precision
• Read blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
• Perform touch-up and finish work as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Collaborate with project supervisors and team members to ensure projects are completed on time

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in trim or finish carpentry required
• Skilled with hand and power tools
• Ability to accurately measure and cut materials
• Knowledge of construction methods and safety practices
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow detailed instructions
