Salary: $19.50 - $20.50 per hour

Our client in Smithfield is hiring (3+) Production Assemblers to join our team! No experience? No worries - Training is provided!

Location: Smithfield, RI

Production Assemblers: 1st Shift

• Openings: 3+
• Starting Pay: +$19.50 per hour (based on experience)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM - until done (8-10hrs)
• Training: First 2 weeks shadowing a mentor to learn the responsibilities and safety processes of the role

Production Assembler's Responsibilities:

• Ability to use hand tools, staple guns and other electric tools when necessary
• Prep material for assembly using exact measurements
• Read work orders to ensure accuracy of assembly within warehouse
• Make necessary repairs or adjustments to ensure quality compliance
• Hit safety, quality and production goals to receive a bonus at the end of each quarter
• Conduct all activities in a safe manner, adhering to company safety standards
