We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Clerk to join our dynamic logistics team. The Warehouse Clerk will play a vital role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations by managing inventory, processing shipments, and supporting order fulfillment activities. Duties

• Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments using RF scanners and warehouse management software
• Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling orders accurately for delivery
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and inventory management systems like ERP or AS400
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods in compliance with safety standards
• Support shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers and tracking shipment statuses
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using inventory management software
• Assist with order fulfillment processes for e-commerce platforms and retail distribution channels
• Ensure compliance with trade regulations and shipping & receiving protocols
• Collaborate with warehouse team members to optimize storage solutions and improve workflow efficiency

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers; prior experience with warehouse management systems is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word for reporting and documentation
• Strong understanding of inventory management, shipping logistics, and order picking procedures
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for stock counting and order processing
• Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment including RF scanners, load/unload machinery, and packaging tools
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Knowledge of international trade regulations, trade compliance, and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems is advantageous
