Manufacturing Technician / Production Associate – Full-Time

Location: Tallahassee & Surrounding Areas
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8–10-hour Shifts

We are hiring Manufacturing Technicians / Production Associates for a growing production operation. This is a hands-on position that may be a great fit for candidates with experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, construction, maintenance, machine operation, mechanical work, or general labor.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble and build products using hand tools and basic equipment
• Read measurements, follow instructions, and work from specifications
• Pull, stage, pack, and prepare materials or orders for shipment
• Operate basic production or manufacturing equipment
• Assist with inventory, order verification, and material handling
• Perform quality checks to ensure work meets specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Support production, warehouse, and other operations as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, construction, maintenance, mechanical work, or a similar hands-on environment
• Comfortable using hand tools and basic equipment
• Ability to read measurements and perform basic math
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Dependable and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Commitment to following safety procedures

Experience with hand tools, power tools, machinery, assembly, fabrication, maintenance, shipping/receiving, or mechanical repairs is a plus!
