Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience

Job Summary 

TIG / MIG Welder & Fabricator

A growing manufacturing company in Pineville is seeking an experienced TIG / MIG Welder & Fabricator to join their team. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in producing quality welds, working safely, and supporting the overall production process. This position is not welding 40 hours per week. Team members are expected to assist in multiple departments and help wherever needed to support production goals.

The ideal candidate will have recent on-the-job TIG and MIG welding experience, be comfortable working with aluminum and stainless steel, and possess a strong willingness to learn additional manufacturing skills.

Responsibilities 

TIG / MIG Welder & Fabricator

• Perform TIG and MIG welding on aluminum and stainless steel materials
• Fabricate and assemble components according to specifications and drawings
• Produce strong, high-quality welds that meet inspection and quality standards
• Complete assigned jobs accurately and within required production timelines
• Assist with material handling and movement of products throughout the facility
• Operate forklifts when needed
• Support other departments as workload demands
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Work as part of a team to meet customer and production requirements

Qualifications 

TIG / MIG Welder & Fabricator

• Recent professional TIG and MIG welding experience required
• Experience welding aluminum and stainless steel required
• Fabrication experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and machining knowledge are highly desirable
• Forklift experience preferred
• Ability to inspect weld quality and ensure work meets specifications
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in a manufacturing environment
• Strong work ethic and willingness to assist in multiple areas of production
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes and equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
