We're hiring for a Furnace Operator position in the Jamestown area. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a manufacturing environment and is looking for a stable schedule with built-in days off throughout the month. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a warm production setting, we'd like to hear from you.

What you'll do:

• Operate and monitor furnace equipment throughout the production process
• Follow established procedures and work instructions
• Inspect materials and products for quality and accuracy
• Record basic production information as required
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals

What you need:

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow directions and procedures accurately
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts
• Ability to work in a hot manufacturing environment
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Pay & Schedule:

• Pay: $15.55 per hour
• Shift: Night Shift, 7:00 PM-7:00 AM
• Schedule: Rotating schedule of 3 days off, 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on
