Logistics Coordinator

Location: Compton, CA
Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour (Depending on Experience & Performance)
Schedule: Full-Time ; Evaluation to Hire Opportunity

Available Shifts

• Monday-Friday: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Monday-Friday: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM
• Weekend Schedule Available: Saturday-Wednesday

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Logistics Coordinator to support our growing operations team. This role is responsible for coordinating order fulfillment, inventory management, transportation logistics, and customer shipments. The ideal candidate has a strong logistics background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled and shipped on time and in full.
• Process high-volume transactions, including sales orders, item fulfillments, delivery orders, and work orders.
• Complete mass order fulfillment in NetSuite after orders have been reviewed and approved.
• Coordinate shipments with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and carriers.
• Manage carrier routing assignments and transportation requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and perform inventory reconciliations.
• Handle shipping-related inquiries and resolve delivery issues.
• Maintain accurate shipping, inventory, and order records.
• Support compliance requirements for retail customers and fulfillment partners.
• Prepare and submit Advance Ship Notices (ASNs) when required.
• Collaborate with warehouse, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order processing.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of logistics, transportation, supply chain, or order fulfillment experience.
• Proficiency in:
  • Microsoft Outlook
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Google Sheets
• Strong data entry and computer skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with inventory management and order processing.

Preferred Qualifications

• NetSuite experience.
• Experience working with 3PLs and fulfillment centers.
• Knowledge of retailer routing guides and compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting major retailers such as Walmart, Dollar Tree, Five Below, Kohl's, or similar accounts.
• ASN submission experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
