Lead. Develop. Grow. Inspire.  One of Central Oregon’s leading real estate firms is seeking an experienced real estate sales leader to join its leadership team as Vice President of Real Estate Sales.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Principal Broker and proven sales leader to have a meaningful impact across Central Oregon. The VP of Real Estate Sales will serve as a trusted resource to advisors and sales managers, provide strategic business coaching, champion a high-performance culture, and help drive the continued growth and success of the region.

What You’ll Get to Do!
Lead & Develop Real Estate Advisors
•    Build strong, trusted relationships with advisors and become a go-to resource for business strategy, productivity, and professional development.
•    Conduct regular business planning and performance reviews with advisors, helping them establish goals and create actionable plans for growth.
•    Monitor production, engagement, and connectivity with the brokerage and provide coaching and support where needed.
•    Develop and deliver meaningful training and continuing education focused on real estate best practices, professionalism, compliance, and business development.
•    Provide enhanced coaching and support to newly licensed advisors as they establish their businesses.
•    Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, integrity, professionalism, and exceptional client service.
Recruit & Onboard Top Talent
•    Partner with the company recruiter to identify and attract high-quality real estate professionals.
•    Participate in candidate interviews and introductory meetings to communicate company culture, business model, commission structure, and opportunities for success.
•    Help prospective advisors understand the brokerage and assess mutual fit.
•    Lead a welcoming, organized onboarding experience for new advisors and ensure they are connected to the people, tools, technology, and resources they need to succeed.
•    Provide ongoing support during the critical early stages of an advisor’s career with the company.
•    Facilitate advisor offboarding and ensure processes are completed accurately and professionally.
Lead the Central Oregon Region
•    Provide leadership, guidance, and coordination to advisors and sales managers throughout Central Oregon.
•    Promote consistency in leadership and management practices across the region.
•    Host engaging sales meetings that provide value, encourage collaboration, communicate industry trends, and reinforce company culture.
•    Serve as a visible representative of the company within the local real estate community.
•    Participate in MLS tours and community events to strengthen relationships and promote teamwork.
Drive Business Growth & Performance
•    Provide strategic business guidance and planning to help advisors maximize their productivity and achieve their professional goals.
•    Analyze production, KPIs, and office financial performance to identify opportunities and challenges.
•    Partner with the COO to review office financials and key performance indicators.
•    Collaborate with marketing leadership to develop opportunities, events, and media initiatives that increase visibility for the office and its advisors.
•    Promote the company's ancillary services and resources to advisors and clients.
•    Encourage advisors to leverage available technology, marketing, training, and business resources.
Champion Operations, Compliance & Client Service
•    Ensure transaction files are complete, accurate, and processed appropriately.
•    Conduct daily reviews of closing files and follow up with advisors regarding outstanding documentation.
•    Provide broker file-review support when additional coverage is needed.
•    Assist with routine office operations and ensure the office operates effectively within established budgets.
•    Navigate internal and external conflicts with professionalism, sound judgment, and a solutions-oriented approach.
•    Maintain a strong working knowledge of Oregon real estate laws, regulations, and brokerage requirements.
•    Ensure required administrative and expense-reporting processes are completed accurately and on time.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a relationship-driven real estate leader who knows how to develop people and grow businesses.  The ideal candidate brings:
•    An active Oregon Principal Broker Real Estate License. 
•    Demonstrated success in real estate sales, sales management, brokerage leadership, or a related leadership role.
•    Strong coaching and business-development skills.
•    A track record of building relationships and earning the trust of sales professionals.
•    Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
•    Strong understanding of Oregon real estate laws, regulations, and industry practices.
•    The ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
•    Strong business acumen, including the ability to understand production metrics, KPIs, budgets, and financial performance.
•    A high level of professionalism, integrity, discretion, and accountability.
•    Exceptional customer-service and relationship-management skills.
•    A valid driver's license and the ability to travel between Central Oregon locations.
•    Flexibility to provide broker support during evenings and weekends when business needs require it.
