Key Responsibilities:

• Have a complete understanding of the CVP package
• Ensure a safe working environment for all personnel. Ensure incident investigations are conducted and substandard acts or conditions are corrected
• Have a complete understanding of all company policies and procedures and lead by example
• Communicate effectively to team and managers, computer skills, attention to detail, be able to give directions tactfully, patience

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 6 months experience as a management or project coordinator role within a factory environment in the past 2 years.
