We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team on 1st shift. This position is responsible for operating computer-controlled production equipment, monitoring production processes, maintaining quality standards, and safely handling raw materials. Candidates with experience in manufacturing, production, machine operation, equipment monitoring, and forklift operation are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a computer-controlled production system used to process multiple raw material ingredients within the mixing room.
• Complete daily production checklists, equipment inspections, and calibration checks to ensure quality and efficiency standards are maintained.
• Maintain accurate production records, including raw material inventories, product samples, and equipment operation logs.
• Safely operate a forklift to transport raw materials and finished products throughout the facility.
• Clean, inspect, and maintain production equipment before and after each shift.
• Input machine settings, including production specifications such as speed, shape, and size through the machine control system.
• Load and place parts into semi-automated production machines.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 1+ year of production plant, manufacturing, or machine operating experience preferred.
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing, production, industrial, or processing environment is a plus.
• Forklift experience is beneficial.

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to read English and follow written and verbal instructions.
