SHIPPING AND RECEIVING ASSOCIATES – FORKLIFT

 

Pay Range: $18–$22 per hour, depending on position and experience
Schedules: Multiple shifts available
Location: Brea and surrounding areas

We are hiring experienced Shipping and Receiving Associates for warehouse opportunities in Brea and surrounding areas. Available positions and schedules may vary.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, labels, packing slips, purchase orders, and bills of lading.
• Pick, pack, label, stage, and prepare materials for shipment or put-away.
• Inspect materials for damage, shortages, overages, or other discrepancies.
• Enter and verify shipping, receiving, tracking, and inventory information.
• Use handheld scanners, computers, printers, and warehouse systems.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory verification.
• Communicate with carriers, warehouse employees, customer service teams, and leadership.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized shipping, receiving, and staging areas.
• Follow all warehouse procedures, PPE requirements, and safety rules.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferred.
• Computer and accurate data-entry skills.
• Experience with BOLs, packing slips, shipping labels, and purchase orders preferred.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, TMS, or similar warehouse systems is a plus.
• Forklift and pallet-jack experience preferred.
• Ability to accurately count, verify, label, and document materials.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to perform physical warehouse duties, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and moving materials.
• Steel-toe or approved safety footwear may be required.
