Location: St. Charles, IL Area
Schedule: Monday through Friday

We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Utility Workers to support daily operations in a fast-paced environment. 

Job Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and sanitation duties throughout the facility
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and common spaces
• Assist with stocking supplies and supporting operational needs
• Follow established safety and sanitation procedures
• Handle cleaning chemicals and materials safely and responsibly
• Support team members with various utility and housekeeping tasks as assigned
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment

Qualifications

• Understanding of basic sanitation and cleaning procedures
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures when working with cleaning chemicals
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong work ethic and willingness to support a team environment
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Must be comfortable working in a physically active environment
• Must be willing to wear required uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Schedule Requirements

• Operation runs 7 days per week
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
