Collections Representative (Temporary)

We are seeking a reliable and professional Collections Representative to join our team on a temporary basis. This position will primarily focus on outbound collections calls and customer account follow-up. The ideal candidate will be comfortable making a high volume of calls, leaving detailed messages, documenting account activity, and maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, customer service experience, or collections/account receivable experience who is available for a short-term assignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound collections calls to customers regarding outstanding balances.
• Leave professional voicemail messages and document call activity.
• Maintain accurate account notes and collection records.
• Follow established procedures and compliance guidelines.
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers.
• Perform basic administrative and data entry tasks as needed.
• Support the Collections team with additional projects during the assignment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, collections, accounts receivable, call center, or office experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Schedule & Pay

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Part-time availability may be considered
• $23.00/hour
• Temporary assignment expected to last 4-6 weeks
• Desired start date: September 24th or 25th
