What You'll Do

• Process and manage full-cycle payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws
• Maintain payroll records, deductions, and benefit allocations
• Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare related journal entries
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Support audits and reporting related to payroll and benefits
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure data integrity
• Respond to employee payroll questions promptly and professionally

What You'll Bring

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus
• Payroll or accounting experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable with payroll systems and Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with payroll tax regulations and compliance is a plus
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
