Order Picker – Stand-Up Forklift

Location: Dublin, VA
Position Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Order Picker with stand-up forklift experience to join our warehouse team in Dublin, Virginia. This position is responsible for accurately picking, preparing, and moving materials and customer orders throughout the warehouse.

The ideal candidate has previous warehouse experience, is comfortable operating a stand-up forklift, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced distribution environment while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare orders accurately according to pick lists, work orders, or system instructions.
• Safely operate a stand-up forklift and other warehouse material-handling equipment.
• Move, stage, replenish, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload materials as needed.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and product information to ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain accurate inventory and material movement records.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, cycle counts, and inventory control as assigned.
• Inspect equipment before use and promptly report safety or maintenance concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all warehouse procedures, safety requirements, and company policies.
• Work with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity and shipping goals.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous stand-up forklift experience required.
• Previous order picking, warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or material-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to accurately identify, count, and organize products and materials.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Willingness to follow established safety procedures at all times.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required by the position.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment in aisles and storage areas.
