CNC Machine Operator (1st/2nd shift; $19-$22/hr)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join a growing machine shop in the Three Rivers area..

Shift:

• 5:00 am - 3:30 pm (M-Th)
• 3:30 pm - 2:00 am (M-Th)

Pay: $19-$22/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC and/or manual mills and lathes to manufacture parts to blueprint specifications.
• Inspect finished products using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with company safety protocols.
• Complete production documentation and report any quality or equipment concerns.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating CNC mills/lathes or manual machines preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.
• Reliable attendance and transportation.
