Job Type: Part-time to full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

What You’ll Do

• Clean residential homes, offices, and event venues according to established quality standards
• Vacuum, mop, dust, sanitize, and deep-clean kitchens, bathrooms, and other assigned areas
• Follow detailed cleaning procedures and job-specific checklists
• Organize, clean, and maintain assigned supplies and equipment
• Use a mobile app to review job details, navigate to job sites, track time, and complete checklists
• Use your personal vehicle to transport yourself, cleaning equipment, and supplies to locations throughout Blacksburg, Christiansburg, Radford, and the surrounding New River Valley
• Communicate professionally with clients, teammates, and management
• Represent the company with care and professionalism in every home and workplace you enter

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on position. Applicants must be able to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Bend, reach, kneel, and squat repeatedly
• Perform cleaning tasks throughout a full workday
• Lift and carry up to 25 pounds
• See cleaning details clearly, with or without corrective eyewear

Requirements

• Must live within 25 miles of Blacksburg, Virginia
• Must be available Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
• Reliable personal vehicle capable of transporting cleaning equipment and supplies
• Ability to travel to job locations throughout the New River Valley
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Clean, neat, and professional appearance
• Reliable access to a smartphone for work-related app use
