We are seeking experienced Welders/Fabrication Technicians to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will have welding experience in either electrical or fabrication environments and be comfortable working in a manufacturing setting. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with room for long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding, fabrication, and assembly of components and equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Assist with equipment assembly and production projects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Previous welding experience required (electrical or fabrication experience accepted).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Experience using fabrication tools and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
