Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable Machine Operator to work in a machine shop environment producing small precision components. Candidates must be comfortable working around loud machinery and be able to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate machine shop equipment to manufacture small precision products.
• Use micrometers and other measuring tools to inspect parts and ensure quality standards are met.
• Work with milling machines and lathes.
• Monitor machine performance and identify potential issues.
• Follow work instructions and quality procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Perform basic production and inspection duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous machine shop experience required.
• Experience with milling machines and lathes.
• Ability to use micrometers and precision measuring instruments.
• English speaking required.
• Comfortable working around loud machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience

• CNC machine operation or setup experience.
• Manufacturing or machining background.
• Candidates with CNC experience may be considered for higher pay rates and additional opportunities.
