Responsibilities

• Wire, assemble, and install electrical components according to specifications and schematics.
• Install, test, and troubleshoot electrical systems on equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and layouts.
• Collaborate with mechanical assemblers and production teams to complete custom equipment.
• Support electrical needs across multiple departments as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work effectively as part of a team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of electrical experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and wiring methods.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Proficient with electrical hand tools, including crimpers, wire strippers, cutters, testers, drills, and grinders.
• Experience soldering wires and electrical components.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
• Motivated and willing to learn new skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Trade school or vocational electrical training.
• Basic plumbing knowledge.
