Warehouse Associate

Job Description

Express Employment Professionals is hiring experienced Warehouse Associates for full-time opportunities across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. This position focuses on order picking, packaging, staging, shipping/receiving, and material handling.

Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment where accuracy, organization, productivity, and safety are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick customer orders using sales orders, scanners, or warehouse management systems.
  • Verify part numbers, product descriptions, quantities, and units of measure before staging or packing orders.
  • Properly package and label products for customer pickup, delivery, or shipment.
  • Stage completed orders in designated warehouse areas.
  • Assist with loading and unloading incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Put away received products and materials in designated locations.
  • Operate a sit-down forklift as needed.
  • Use a manual pallet jack to transport and stage materials.
  • Maintain an organized and safe warehouse environment.
  • Assist with additional warehouse and material handling duties as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Prior warehouse, distribution, order picking, or shipping/receiving experience preferred.
  • Sit-down forklift experience preferred.
  • Experience using manual pallet jacks.
  • Strong attention to detail and order accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.
  • Willingness to assist throughout multiple areas of warehouse operations.

Shifts & Hours

1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
3rd Shift: 12:00 AM – 7:00 AM

Overtime as needed.

Pay & Benefits

  • $16.00 – $18.00 per hour, dependent on prior experience.
