Job Overview

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Lead Tech Cleaner with strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills. This individual will be responsible for overseeing cleaning crews, interacting with homeowners and clients, coordinating schedules, and managing administrative tasks related to customer accounts and service appointments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily activities for approximately 3 internal employees and 5-10 temporary associates.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and clients in both English and Spanish.
• Schedule appointments for repairs and service work, including damaged household items, electronics, computers, tablets, and other customer property.
• Manage multiple customer accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Visit 5-10 client locations weekly.
• Create labor logs and labor plans.
• Coordinate work assignments and staffing needs.
• Handle client communications, problem resolution, and scheduling adjustments.
• Maintain organized documentation and customer files.
• Support daily operations and ensure quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Comfortable working with computers and administrative systems.
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to client locations as needed.
