We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Associates to join a manufacturing team that produces highly specialized valves used in medical and gas applications. Due to the critical nature of the products, associates must be able to maintain focus and work carefully with minimal distractions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble small components and valves used in medical and gas products
• Perform engraving duties
• Conduct light packaging of completed products
• Use microscopes to inspect and assemble small parts
• Use tweezers and other hand tools to handle precision components
• Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail throughout the assembly process

Qualifications

• Strong hand dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
• Ability to work in a quiet, focused environment
• Comfortable performing repetitive, detail-oriented tasks
• Ability to remain focused for extended periods
• Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be reliable, patient, and quality-conscious
• Will train on specific equipment and processes
• Must be good with hands and able to work with small components
