Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate applicant records and databases.
• Communicate with candidates regarding job opportunities and interview schedules.
• Provide outstanding customer service to applicants and clients.
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, and new hire paperwork.
• Follow up with associates regarding attendance, performance, and assignment status.
• Support office staff with administrative and recruiting activities.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and job seekers.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service or administrative experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
