Express Employment Professionals is hiring an FP&A Business Partner for a local client in Kalispell, MT!

Are you a strategic finance professional who enjoys turning data into actionable business insights? We are seeking an experienced FP&A Business Partner to serve as a key advisor to leadership, driving financial performance, forecasting, and strategic decision-making across the organization.

Salary: $105,000 - $126,000 annually
Location: Kalispell, MT
Schedule: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and profitability analysis.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support business strategy and growth initiatives.
• Monitor business performance and identify risks, opportunities, and recommendations for improvement.
• Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights that drive decision-making.
• Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Create and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and reporting efficiencies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support organizational goals and strategic projects.
• Lead high-impact financial projects from analysis through implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of FP&A, financial analysis, or related finance experience.
• Experience in public accounting, consulting, audit, or advisory roles may be considered in lieu of direct FP&A experience.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools such as Power BI or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and leadership.
• Strong business acumen, problem-solving abilities, and strategic thinking skills.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, CMA, or similar are a plus.
• Banking or financial services experience preferred.
