Our client, a well-established distribution company in Mississauga, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver to join their team. • Consistent daytime schedule, Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM and 7am to noon on Friday (depending on workload)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Receive incoming shipments and accurately process inventory
• Perform inventory put-aways and maintain organized warehouse storage
• Ensure production and warehouse teams have the required inventory to fulfill work orders
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Coordinate courier pickups and outbound shipments using shipping software
• Process transactions within the company's ERP and inventory management systems
• Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy
• Safely operate Counterbalance and Raymond Reach forklifts
• Load and unload trailers efficiently and safely
• Work closely with other departments to support operational and customer service objectives
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as required

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of Shipper/Receiver experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Current and valid Forklift Certification (Counterbalance and Raymond Reach)
• Strong experience operating forklifts in a busy warehouse setting
• Experience using ERP systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Reliable transportation to the Mississauga location is considered an asset
