**Ideal Candidate will be experienced with graphics and have mechanical based knowledge!

 

Tasks and Responsibilities:
Mechanical and fitting tasks
Carrying out changeover activities
Setting up the graphics machine
Troubleshooting
Electromechanical tasks
Adjusting sensors

 

PC•based tasks
Entering machine settings and creating programs for new items
Processing using Onyx software ("Thrive')
Applying graphic Skills to edit print images
Increasing or reducing individual colors as required
Adjusting for distortions caused by conical shapes or curved glass surfaces
Adobe Illustrator experience 

 

Color System
Maintaining and protecting the print heads
Refilling ink
Cleaning print heads
Replacing color tilters
Calibrating the ink supply

 

Workflow:
Converting the machine for each new item
Mechanically adapting the machine to the glasses
Positioning the image accurately on the glass
