Production Foreman

Location: Corpus Christi, TX
Pay: $25.00+/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-5:00 PM

 

Position Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Production Foreman to lead daily operations within our production department. This individual will supervise a team of 8-10 employees while actively participating in production processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in metal fabrication, CNC technology, welding, and team leadership.

 

Responsibilities

·         Supervise and lead a team of 8-10 production employees.

·         Ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.

·         Oversee daily production activities and workflow.

·         Monitor equipment performance and ensure machinery is operating efficiently.

·         Receive and manage incoming materials and inventory.

·         Assist with fabrication and production tasks as needed.

·         Maintain a safe and productive work environment.

·         Support and train employees while promoting teamwork and accountability.

 

Qualifications

·         Minimum 3 years of management or supervisory experience.

·         Metal fabrication experience required.

·         Experience working with CNC tables required.

·         Ability to weld using an Aluminum Spool Gun.

·         Sheet metal fabrication experience required.

·         Willingness to learn how to operate a bending machine.

·         Experience with Synatec software preferred.

·         Good math skills.

·         Team player with strong leadership skills.
