Bindery Machine Operator - 1st Shift

$17.50/hour | Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:00 PM

Winona, MN | Full-Time | Long-Term Opportunity

Help produce finished printed products by operating bindery equipment and completing finishing and packaging work. This position combines machine operation with hands-on production tasks. Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience can be helpful, but candidates with strong mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

• Operate and assist with setup of a stitcher trimmer
• Operate bindery machines
• Perform hand collating assignments
• Assemble kits and printed products
• Place plastic binders on books
• Assemble cassette/CD packages
• Shrink wrap finished products
• Maintain quality and accuracy standards

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Frequent walking, bending, twisting, reaching, and standing
• Lift approximately 7-pound bundles repeatedly
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Good hand-eye coordination & Manual dexterity required
• Use of power dollies, hand tools, measuring instruments, and small bindery machines
