Salary: Hourly + Commission 36k+

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM
Compensation: Hourly pay plus commission, with annual earnings ranging from $36,000-$60,000

We are seeking a detail-oriented Service Department Warranty Administrator to support our service team by managing warranty claims, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent communication between customers, technicians, manufacturers, and internal departments.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong administrative and customer service skills who enjoy working in a fast-paced office environment. Experience with mowers, tractors, construction equipment, heavy equipment, or equipment dealerships is preferred. 

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage warranty claims accurately and efficiently
• Review documentation and ensure warranty submissions meet manufacturer requirements
• Maintain detailed records and service-related paperwork
• Communicate with customers, service technicians, vendors, and manufacturers regarding warranty status and claim updates
• Assist with administrative support for the service department
• Monitor claim progress and follow up as needed
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation and data entry activities

Qualifications

• Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new software systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional and customer-focused attitude
• General knowledge of mowers, tractors, and construction equipment is strongly preferred
