Key Responsibilities

• Inspect small metal parts to ensure compliance with customer and company specifications
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections
• Utilize CMM equipment to verify dimensions and tolerances
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and inspection requirements
• Use precision measuring equipment including:
  • Height gauges
  • Calipers
  • Micrometers
• Document inspection results and maintain quality records
• Identify non-conforming products and communicate findings appropriately
• Work closely with production personnel to resolve quality concerns
• Support continuous improvement and quality assurance initiatives

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of recent Quality Assurance experience (more experience preferred)
• Experience performing inspections in a manufacturing environment
• CMM inspection experience required
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to make independent judgment calls regarding product quality
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. without assistance
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience using standard inspection and measuring equipment
