Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Customer Service & Warehouse Associate to join our team in Ashland, VA. This position combines customer service responsibilities with warehouse operations and is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and providing excellent support to customers.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries
• Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
• Process parts and service orders accurately and efficiently
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
• Pull and prepare customer orders for shipment or pickup
• Pick, pack, and organize materials within the warehouse
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Operate a sit-down forklift to move materials throughout the facility
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Experience with data entry and order processing
• Warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to safely operate a sit-down forklift (certification preferred)
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required - up to 50lbs
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
