🚧 Experienced Construction Laborer / Carpenter 🚧

💵 Pay: $18.50 - $20.00+ per hour (based on experience and skills)

Are you an experienced construction professional who takes pride in quality work? We're looking for a dependable, hardworking team member with strong construction and carpentry skills to join our growing crew!

🔨 What You'll Be Doing

• Assisting with and performing general construction labor tasks
• Building and repairing decks, fences, and other residential/commercial structures
• Working with concrete installation, finishing, and repair
• Operating and using a variety of hand and power tools
• Measuring, cutting, framing, and completing carpentry projects
• Site preparation, cleanup, and material handling
• Following safety procedures and maintaining a productive job site

✅ What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in general construction labor
• Strong knowledge of carpentry practices
• Experience with concrete work, decks, and fences
• Familiarity with a wide range of construction hand tools and equipment
• Ability to read measurements and follow project plans
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
• Higher-skilled construction labor experience preferred

🌞 Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50+ pounds regularly
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing, and reaching
• Ability to work on ladders, elevated surfaces, and uneven terrain
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including:
• ☀️ Heat and direct sunlight
• 🌧 Rain and moisture
• 💨 Wind and dust
• 🥶 Cold temperatures
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
• Must be able to work a physically demanding job for a full shift
