General Labor - Landscaper

Salary: $20.00/HR

TEMPORARY POSITION OPPORTUNITY!

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm 

Pay: $20.00/HR

Duties: 

  • Perform general landscaping and grounds maintenance for residential and commercial properties.
  • Dig, rake, and prepare soil for landscaping and lawn installation projects.
  • Lay sod and assist with lawn establishment and maintenance activities.
  • Load, unload, and transport landscaping materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and general outdoor labor tasks.
  • Operate hand tools and landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Follow project instructions and work closely with crew members to complete jobs on schedule.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Perform additional landscaping and general labor duties as assigned.

Qualifications: 

  • No landscaping experience required; willing to train the right candidate.
  • Previous experience in farming, construction, general labor, manufacturing, or other physically demanding roles is a plus.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
  • Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the day.
  • Comfortable performing repetitive bending, kneeling, digging, raking, lifting, and standing.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and sustain up to 50 lbs.
