CNC Machinist / Machine Operator

Looking for machining talent ranging from experienced CNC setup machinists to mechanically inclined operators ready to take the next step. Pay is based on skill level, with room for experienced candidates who can set up and independently run equipment.

Location: Warsaw, IN
Pay: $20.00–$30.00/hr DOE
Schedule: 1st or 2nd Shift

What You'll Be Doing

• Set up and/or operate CNC mills and lathes.
• Make offsets, tooling changes, and machine adjustments based on experience.
• Read prints and monitor parts throughout production.
• Inspect finished parts and catch machining or quality issues early.

What We're Looking For

• CNC machining or machine operating experience preferred.
• Setup ability is highly valued but not required for every opening.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and develop additional machining skills.
