As a Saw/Waterjet operator, and potential Laser Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining laser cutting machines, water jet machines, and saws. Duties include equipment setup, running cutting operations, and quality control while following blueprints and process control instructions to produce precise parts. We are looking for a Saw, Waterjet and potential Laser Operator to join the team in Princeton, MN.

Responsibilities

• Operate water jet machines and saws.
• Set up equipment according to job requirements.
• Adjust settings based on process control instructions and blueprints.
• Run cutting operations using premade programs.
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Safely load and unload materials onto the machines.
• Ensure proper alignment and positioning of materials.
• Separate, deburr, and label parts from laser and water-cutting machines.
• Comply with internal quality checks to ensure precision and accuracy.
• Inspect finished pieces for defects.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Accurately complete paperwork related to production and quality control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience operating water jet machines or saws.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow process control instructions.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and operating machinery.
