Our client in Plainville, MA is seeking a reliable and skilled Property Maintenance Technician. This position involves assisting with apartment turnovers, performing general maintenance, and ensuring properties are kept in excellent condition. The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, and comfortable working with a variety of tools and repair tasks. MUST have previous experience in property maintenance.

Schedule & Pay

• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
• Pay Rate: $22/hour
• Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Perm (based on performance)
• Location: Plainville, MA

Responsibilities

• Assist with apartment turnover and preparation for new tenants
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs
• Painting, patching, and general upkeep of property interiors and exteriors
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Identify maintenance needs and report issues promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

• Previous experience in property maintenance, building repair, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of painting, carpentry, and general repairs
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and a reliable work ethic
• Must be punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team
