Showroom Coordinator (8am-5pm)

Salary: $19-$21 hourly

Showroom Coordinator

We are currently looking for an experienced Showroom Coordinator to join our client's team in Ann Arbor, MI.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome all visitors with a professional attitude, guide them through the showroom by presenting products, and manage incoming phone and email inquiries.
• Schedule appointments, coordinate administrative tasks for the design team, and provide general operational support to sales and design staff.
• Utilize NetSuite to assist with product ordering, project documentation, tracking shipments, deliveries, and warranty claims.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotes and project statuses, while helping with daily operations as the business grows

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of customer facing in retail, hospitality, etc.
• 1+ years of professional experience using computers and CRM software

• Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm

• $19-$21 hourly
