Welder

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join a manufacturing team on third shift. This position performs MIG and TIG welding and related fabrication work while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Job Duties

Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel, aluminum, and other metals
Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions
Set up welding equipment and select appropriate wire, electrodes, and gases
Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, and cleaning surfaces
Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and strength
Follow production and safety procedures
Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals

Qualifications

Previous welding experience or applicable welding education/training required
Experience with MIG, TIG, or other welding processes
Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols
Ability to safely operate welding and fabrication equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Dependable attendance and ability to work as part of a team
