C Crew Yard Lead

Located in Warren, MI

Salary: $18.60

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and properly label all vehicles entering the yard.
• Stage vehicles accurately according to their destinations.
• Identify, flag, and properly stage miss-shipped vehicles according to company procedures.
• Send vehicle inventory lists throughout the shift at required times.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient yard while following all safety and driving procedures.
• Assist with daily yard operations and ensure vehicles are handled accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Previous leadership experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow established procedures.
• Dependable and safety-conscious.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Ability to work outdoors and remain active in a vehicle yard environment.

Additional information for the Custodial position

·         Pay: $18.60 per hour

·         Friday and Saturday 6am-4pm. Sunday and Monday 6pm-4am. Tuesdays are overtime days

·         St. Clair Shores, Michigan
