Summary

Express Employment professionals is looking for production associates where you’ll be part of a high-quality manufacturing environment producing tube assemblies, sheet-metal fabrications and enclosures. You will perform production tasks, support manufacturing operations, ensure quality standards, and help drive continuous improvement.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Review and maintain production schedule, expedite lists and/or work orders. 
• Load, unload, move materials, parts or products onto/from tubs, pallets, skids, conveyors, trucks.
• Weld, assemble or otherwise process fabricated metal parts according to prints and specifications (for roles such as MIG-welder).
• Monitor dimension/quality of components: inspect parts, check conformance to specs.
• Buff, polish, remove defects from parts and ensure “Class A” finish (for finishing roles).
• Feed parts into machines, assist with machine setup, changeovers, cleaning, maintenance support.
• Maintain production metrics: meet production goals, maintain quality and safety standards.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor/lead.

Qualifications / Preferred Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing experience preferred, particularly in metal fabrication, welding, finishing or machine operation.
• Ability to read and interpret prints, layouts, assembly sequence.
• Strong attention to detail, good hand–eye coordination, ability to use hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift and move materials (metal parts, pallets) and to stand, walk, bend, twist frequently.

• This is an in-person manufacturing role, likely on a first shift (day shift).
• May require overtime or shift flexibility depending on production demands.
