Job Summary: Express Employment Professionals in Corona, CA is looking to add Recruiters to join the team!

 

Job Duties: 

• Create a professional first impression for all telephone (and electronic) inquiries.
• Conduct telephone interview.
• Immediately conduct a reverse search for possible assignments.
• Assist with inside sales efforts as needed
• Increase office and team effectiveness through daily communication.
• Perform other related duties as necessary and assigned.
• Conduct business in accordance with Express Guidelines and applicable Federal/State Legal Guidelines.

Position Type: Evaluation to Hire 

  

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM

 

Qualifications:

 

• Must be bilingual in spanish
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Type 50-75 wpm
• Detail Oriented
• Problem Solver
