South Phoenix | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | $19/hour

 

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse/Paint Technician to join our team! This position combines paint batching and tinting responsibilities with general warehouse duties in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

 

Responsibilities:

• Formulate paint batches using color computer systems and maintain accurate formulas in BME.

• Build, tint, and can liquid and powder paint batches.

• Create batch tickets, labels, and maintain accurate production records.

• Follow established quality control procedures and customer specifications.

• Perform general warehouse duties, including organizing materials, preparing products for shipment, and maintaining inventory.

• Ensure containers and labels are properly prepared and applied.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tint room and warehouse.

• File color standards and maintain weekly tinting reports.

Qualifications:

• Steel-toed shoes required.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

• Self-motivated, dependable, and a team player.

• Previous warehouse, paint, manufacturing, or batching experience preferred.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
