Valve Technicians

Located in Edmonton, AB

Salary: $32.00/hour

An Edmonton client is seeking experienced Valve Technicians to support upcoming turnaround projects.

Valve Technician Highlights:

• Perform valve inspection, maintenance, repair, and servicing during industrial turnaround projects
• Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced turnaround environment
• Follow site safety procedures and client requirements
• Work day or night shifts depending on project needs
• Complete all required site orientations and training
• Travel to and from remote work sites as required
• Work as part of a team to meet turnaround deadlines

Requirements:

• Previous valve technician experience required
• Industrial turnaround experience is an asset
• CSO and H2S Alive certifications are preferred
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow site procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work extended shifts
• Comfortable working day or night shifts
• Ability to work a rotational or extended schedule

Hours & Wage:

• $32.00/hour + 4% vacation pay
• Overtime paid in accordance with Alberta Employment Standards
• Approximately 20–24 temporary positions available
• Camp accommodations provided, including a private room and bathroom
• Meals covered while at camp
• Travel to site provided by flight or company transportation
• Paid travel time: approximately 3 hours each way when flying or 4 hours each way when driving
• Candidates are responsible for transportation to/from the designated Edmonton departure facility
