Shop Labourer

Salary: $24.00/hour

An Edmonton client is seeking reliable Shop Labourers to join their team.

Shop Labourer Highlights:

• Build custom wooden pallets and crates using pneumatic nail guns
• Safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Perform general shop labour and production duties in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Assist with general production and shop tasks as required
• Opportunity to grow into field work involving scaffold crating and shrink-wrapping

Requirements:

• Previous experience using pneumatic nail guns is required
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions
• Receptive to coaching and constructive feedback
• Reliable, punctual, hardworking, and safety-focused
• Scaffolding experience is a strong asset
• CSA-approved steel-toed safety boots required

Hours & Wage:

• Long-term opportunity
• Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
• $24.00/hour
